It’s early morning and my camera got me out to see what we could find. The spiders had all their netting on display and the overnight dew collected on their webs.

Some were big and others interesting

Flowers were blooming everywhere

Even an Rose Breasted Grosbeak showed up checking out the guy with the camera

coming in for your nectar

Song Sparrow was singing it’s greeting

So ends my morning walk. It’s been a few weeks since I was here and so much as happened. The cliff swallows have done their yearly mission on creating their offspring to keep the flock healthy. And they have moved on. The robins are gone. the red wing blackbirds are still here but nesting duties are finished. No more screaming from the males as your walk around and them trying to scare you away. The milkweeds are in bloom waiting for the monarchs to lay their eggs for the group that will hatch into caterpillars then cocoon and become the butterfly that will fly south to winter in Mexico. The only constant is the Grand River which continues to flow by bringing life to this small area of our world. It is all so awesome.
