I was committed to work for the last two weeks and my camera was suggesting I should get out for a walk. First out to Huron Natural and then to New Hamburg for a walk in the bush. It is beside the Arena complex.
The Blue Herons were building a nest in one tree. One on the lower branch and an other pair a little higher. Now weeks ago they were sitting on eggs and I saw them rotating the eggs. So I am a little puzzled as to why these were building a nest so much later then the rest. I did not see any young today.

I didn’t find the Wood Ducks this time.
