The First Day of Summer

June 21 and it is the start of an awesome summer. So I got up early like 5.23 AM. So I’m off to find a spot to catch sunrise. Not easy in a city so I ended out in the country just north of Maryhill. At the same time the sun appeared. Awesome. Just being out in the country with no wind, no noise, just me in the wonderful awesome world. I am truly grateful for this morning’s experience.

Well being still a farmer in spirit I checked out the crops, first wheat followed by corn and soybeans.

Morning fog at Wilson’s Flats this morning

Have a great summer!
