It is September and the last crops are maturing fast. It was a sunny day so I just went out for a drive with my camera but no real purpose in mind. The clouds were just perfect for picture taking so I picked the crops in the fields.
First off was soybeans. These guys are really keyed to the hours of the sun as they finish growing the pods and then the leaves turn yellow and fall.

Next is a field of white beans that is mostly used for your brown beans. They looked almost harvest ready.


Here is a field of sunflowers that are past blooming and are growing their seeds


And lastly is the biggest crop of all, corn.
